Snow Removal Truck

Denver is still seeing some light flurries which will linger for a while but will likely not result in any accumulation. Pavement temperatures are a little below freezing right now but could drop significantly tonight.

Denver crews remain on duty and will monitor conditions. De-icing materials have been applied, however, when the temperature dips down close to zero degrees the de-icers lose some of their strength. Please remember to drive slowly and cautiously as black ice (a thin coating of ice on the pavement that is nearly invisible but very hazardous) is very likely to be present on Denver’s streets.
