Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and reviewing appeals of administrative decisions, new method/product, plan correction notices, written orders and opinions of a Building Official regarding the Building Code. The Board may grant variances. The Board also hears Fire Prevention appeals recommended by the Manager of Safety.

The Board is authorized by ordinance and created under Section 112 of the Denver Building Code. (Click here to see the Chapter that includes this section.)

Anthony Walker, Jr., Architect Alternate
Scott Moore, Contractor
