We issue permits for the construction, alteration, repair, occupancy, use and maintenance of all buildings, structures or utilities within Denver.
 

Commercial  Walk-Through (Same Day Permits) opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 11:30 AM each weekday.

Commercial and Residential counter hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM  (except Wednesdays: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM) 

Quick Permits (non-construction mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
hours are 7:30 AM to 4 PM  (except Wednesdays: 8:30 AM to 4 PM)
