“Our differences are the key to the strength of our city.”    At the City and County of Denver, we acknowledge, celebrate, respect and value the diversity of our community and our workforce.     The recent media exposure and the subsequent positive and constructive feedback we’ve received from employees show us that we have clearly struck a nerve. We want to use this revived attention and passion from our employees to open dialogue with the result being the best end product possible.
