   A plan for the Northeast Downtown Neighborhoods was recently adopted by City Council.  Learn more about the plan   The Exempla St. Joseph General Development Plan, approved by Planning Board, establishes a framework plan for hospital expansion and campus redevelopment.  Learn more about the plan
