The City uses three different methods to track employee’s hours through Kronos. Employee’s may use a computer, a time clock, or a telephone. Your method may change depending on the nature of your job. Below are some helpful quick references and presentations to help you along, when you are beginning to use a new or different method.

Non Exempt Telephone Time Entry:
Telephone Time Entry access authorization must be acquired for all dial in connections to the TTE system. In order to obtain authorization the Telephone Time Entry User Agreement must be signed and submitted. |
