Northeast Permit Office
The Northeast Satellite Permit Office was opened in 2001 to provide Building and Zoning plan review and permitting services for projects in the northeast part of the city, specifically:
- Lowry Redevelopment
- Stapleton Redevelopment
- Parkfield Developments
- Green Valley Ranch Developments
- Gateway Developments
- Montbello
- (excludes DIA)

| The following permits usually cannot be done at this location: alterations or tenant finish to existing structures, areas not subject to a site plan review process, and signs.
