 Stapleton Station Area Planning Minimize

The Stapleton Station Area Plan will be used to help maximize the TOD potential within the greater station area to create a unique and vibrant “Urban Center” that builds off of the station’s relationship to the Stapleton redevelopment.  A key outcome of this process will be a phasing diagram that will identify the short term requirements for RTD and the long term TOD build out for the study area.

The Denver Department of Community Planning and Development, in conjunction with our project partners, is initiating a station area plan for the future Stapleton commuter rail station (to be located near the intersection of Smith Road and Ulster).
