Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) The Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation connects neighborhood organizations across Denver to address common concerns, and provides greater opportunity for community groups to participate in city government on special issues like transportation, education, zoning, and public safety.

Neighborhoods Can Register in December & January Annual Neighborhood Registration occurs every December & January. All groups wishing to remain or become registered with Denver must submit an application in December or January each year. Denver registers neighborhood organizations to enable them to receive notification of zoning map amendments, zoning variance applications, liquor and cabaret license applications and various other informational items.
