Where to Register
You may register to vote or make changes to your voter registration status online, in person or by mail. To register or change your address or other information online, use the link on the right side of this page. Otherwise, you may use this fillable found on the
Voter Forms page. This form prints out on legal size paper. It can be used both for registering to vote and for making changes to your address or party affiliation.

Timeliness of Application Forms
Only the Denver Elections Division location at 200 W. 14th Ave. is authorized to enter voter registrations into the state voter registration system. Voter registration forms completed at the other listed agencies, or in voter registration drives conducted by private organizations, are forwarded to the Elections Division for processing.
When registering at or near the registration deadline at any location other than at the Denver Elections Division, ask the alternate agency to validate your registration application with a date and time stamp. You are then assured that your form was submitted by the registration deadline.
Qualifications
In order to register to vote in Denver you must be:
- At least 18 years of age by the date of the election
- A citizen of the United States
- A resident of Colorado and of your Denver precinct at least 30 days prior to the election, and consider this your sole legal place of residence
Please note: If you turn 18 years of age after the deadline to register for an election but before the election itself, you may register to vote prior to your 18th birthday. You must register before the voter registration deadline.

Voter registration rolls are public records, although personal information contained in voter registration records remains private.
