Auction Bids and Results

The following information is provided as a courtesy only. Bid documents have not been reviewed by the Public Trustee to guarantee accuracy.

Absence of a bid letter does not necessarily mean that particular foreclosure is or is not going to auction.

The Reports

Current Auction bids

This is a scan of the lender bid documents received for the current auction. This report is updated with the current week's information every Tuesday before 4:00 p.m. Hard copies can be found in our office at 1:30 p.m.

Current Bid Grid

This is a spreadsheet that summarizes all of the lender bids received in an easy-to-use format. This grid is updated with the current week's information every Tuesday after 4:00 p.m.

Current Pulled Bids

This is a spreadsheet that shows all bids that have been pulled from the current auction by the lender. It also lists amended bids, if any, received by the lender. This report is updated every Wednesday evening at 4:55 p.m. It is important to note that bids can be pulled up until Thursday morning at 9:59 a.m. for any reason by the lender. The lender is not required to inform us of the reason for pulling the bid. This report is accurate as of Wednesday evening and will be updated continually right up until the auction starts at Thursday, 10 a.m.

Current Auction Report

This is an spreadsheet that shows all of the properties scheduled to go to auction next week. This report is posted by 3 p.m. on Thursdays. Please note that no property, no matter what the indicated auction date is, will go to auction unless the Public Trustee receives a bid from the lender first. Most of the properties scheduled for auction in any given week will not receive a bid from the lender and and will be continued automatically to the following week (the exception is where the lender specifies a different future auction date). Some properties will be continued for many weeks before they actually go to auction.

Current Auction Results

This is the report of the weekly auction held on the date indicated. Properties shown in yellow were purchased by a third-party investor. All other properties were repossessed by the lender. This report is created upon the conclusion of each Thursday's auction and is usually posted by 2:30 p.m.

Current Continuances

Shows every property that has been continued (not yet sold). This is an extensive file that covers every property in the system for which sale has been delayed. This report is posted every Thursday by 3 p.m.

Please Note:

All current reports displayed on this page are based on the most recent data available. Reports are updated with the most recent information based on the schedule above.

We make every attempt to post these reports in a timely manner.  If you find a report that has not been updated, please call 311 or 720-865-8400 to notify us.

Please note the times when these reports are posted. If you click on a report before the newest data is posted online, you will receive last week’s reports. All of these reports are dated with the correct date, so watch the dates carefully to assure you are referring to the correct report for the week in which you are interested.

These reports are for informational purposes only. While every attempt at accuracy is made, the Public Trustee cannot guarantee that the auction results posted are a true and final accounting of the activity of the foreclosure auction.
