• 5/15/12- The Denver Elections Division mailed more than 88,000 letters to unaffiliated voters reminding them that they must affiliate with one of the parties with a candidate on the June 26 Primary Election ballot to vote in the primary.
• 5/9/12 - House Bill 1143, Denver's bill to increase reimbursement to counties when statewide measures appear on the ballot passed the Senate on Third Reading. The bill now moves to the Governor's desk.
• 5/7/12 - The Denver Elections Division will conduct a public hearing on proposed election rules on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
• 5/2/12 - House Bill 1143, Denver's bill to increase reimbursement to counties when statewide measures appear on the ballot passed the Senate Appropriations Committee 9-0 today. The bill now moves to the full Senate.
• 5/1/12 - House Bill 1143, Denver's bill to increase reimbursement to counties when statewide measures appear on the ballot passed the Senate State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee today.. The bill now moves to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
• 4/24/12 - House Bill 1143, Denver's bill to increase reimbursement to counties when statewide measures appear on the ballot passed the full House today. The bill will now move to the Senate.
• 4/17/12 - House Bill 1143, Denver's bill to increase reimbursement to counties when statewide measures appear on the ballot passed the House Appropriations Committee on a 13-0 vote. The bill is scheduled for  Second Reading Thursday, April 19.
• 4/11/12 - Denver Elections is monitoring House Bill 1267 which was recently amended to include key components of Senate Bill 109 including language to remove Inactive Failed to Vote as a voter status, and restore the Permanent Mail Voter status to PMIV voters who were deemed inactive.

Denver ballot issue committees are required to file campaign finance reports. All reports filed are posted on this website. Reports are due Aug. 5, Sept. 6, Oct. 5, Oct. 27 and the Year End Report is due on Jan. 31, 2012.

There are committees registered in connection with the Paid Sick and Safe Time ballot initiative.
