The Office of the Clerk and Recorder does not hold all of the records for the City and County of Denver.

Most notably, the Clerk and Recorder does not hold court records, nor does it administer motor vehicle registrations nor hold motor vehicle records.

Notary Services

• The Office of the Clerk and Recorder does not provide notary service. A notary is available on the second floor in the Cashier Department of the Webb Municipal Building.
