Council Bill CB11-0546 was approved at the November 7, 2011 City Council meeting.  CB11-0546 changes the zoning classification of 7795, 7785 and a portion of 7777 E. Hampden Avenue from B-1 to S-MX-5 to allow for a Chick-Fil-A restaurant.

The parking garage has been taken down.  Smashburger and Sprint have been secured in the retail business property.

Montrechez Phase II is located at 4545 S. Monaco St.  The builder is American Homes.  There will be 54 single family detached homes.  Streets and path construction are complete.  Some lots have already been sold.   One home is complete. 

The City and County of Denver and the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) are proposing the creation of an Urban Redevelopment Area and a Tax Increment Financing Area to assist in the redevelopment of the Tamarac Square site.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 before City Council.

 

Demolition is complete and an application for a building permit has been submitted.
