Directive Regarding Electronic Filing for County Court Civil Cases to Include Prelevins and Nuisance Abatement Cases In Addition to Money Demand Claims and FED Actions
Effective Tuesday, July 5, 2011, the Presiding Judge Order of May 1, 2009, has been amended to require MANDATORY electronic case filing for Replevin and Nuisance Abatement cases to include new case filing and pleadings. The Clerk of the Court will only accept County Court Money, FED, Replevin and Nuisance Abatement pleadings filed electronically.
