There are three ways to get your project evaluated. The type of evaluation depends on the size and complexity of your project:

Projects that do not involve a plan review
Examples: Roofing, siding, electrical work, like-for-like plumbing replacement
These projects can be completed with a quick permit

Simple tenant finish projects valued at less than $300,000
Examples: Nonstructural alterations, office and retail remodels
These projects are eligible for same-day review
