Changes to Tree Care Enforcement Minimize
Trees provide enormous benefits to Denver's citizens and our quality of life by improving the environment and enhancing the social and economic climate. To improve the level of care and protection afforded trees within Denver, the City Forester’s Office will implement the use of a new enforcement tool - administrative citations - soon. This tool does not change any existing ordinance regarding people's responsibility for the care of trees.

If you are interested in these changes and would like to read and comment on them, you may navigate directly to the proposed regulations, or you may follow the link to the Forestry Regulations page to read an introductory statement.
