 Welcome to Denver's Recreation Division

Our city recreation system includes 29 facilities that offer a wide variety of affordable programs and activities. Our recreation centers offer indoor and outdoor pools, weightrooms, fitness areas, multipurpose rooms, dance spaces and gymnasiums.  In addition to these features, some centers are equipped with additional popular amenities such as our indoor running track at Hiawatha Davis Recreation Center and our Therapy Pool at Martin Luther King Recreation Center.  We also have several indoor and outdoor "sprayground" pools that include beach entry pools, slides and fun water features for children.

Bored?  Got Camp?
Denver Parks and Recreation has the perfect, affordable solution to entertain your children on the upcoming summer days. This year, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting six outdoor-based day camps within our parks and eleven indoor camps at various recreation centers throughout the metro Denver area.   Our licensed summer camps provide structured learning programs focused around sports and fitness, arts and crafts and aquatics, while providing young campers with a fun and educational experience. Most day camps start the second week in June and conclude the first week in August.  Summer Camp registration begins March 10 so hurry and sign up as camps fill quickly.  For hours of operation, ages, fees and other charges, click here.
