Transit Oriented Development

The West Corridor is a destination connector linking residential neighborhoods to employment areas and major activity centers.  This Light Rail line is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2013.

There will be five stations along the West Corridor that are within the City of Denver. These stations are primarily Urban Neighborhood Stations, characterized by a mixture of residential and retail uses, walk-up nature with bus connections, and little to no parking.

Denver was awarded $2.9 million for planning and implementation along the West Corridor for the Denver Livability Partnership.
