Chair Massage Therapy Program Policies and Procedures 

·         To view the appointment schedule online, go to “Outlook” and select the shortcut button for “Folders List”.  Choose “Public Folders” – “CSA” – “Chair Massage Wellness Program” and bring up the calendar.

 

·         Call 720-913-5696 to schedule your massage. Appointments are scheduled for 15 or 30 minute segments.

 

·         Report to the CSA application waiting area on the first floor of the Webb Building at the time of your appointment. The massage therapist will be out to meet you. The chair massages take place in a private conference room beyond the CSA Reception Desk.

 

·         You must present your Chair Massage ticket to receive your massage and have a signed waiver with you or on file. No massages will be given prior to receiving a signed waiver.

 

·         Employees arriving late to their appointments will only receive massage for the remaining time in their 15 or 30 minute segment. 

 

·         There will be No Refunds for missed appointments no matter what the circumstances.

 

·         We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.   Appointments will not be rescheduled past the 24-hour window. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

·         A massage appointment can be donated to another employee.  The employee will bring the Chair Massage ticket of the original appointment holder to redeem the massage.

 

·         There will be a $50 fee for returned checks.  Any employee who has a returned check will only be able to pay cash for their massages as we will no longer accept their personal checks.

 

·         On occasion, same day appointments may be available.  These times will be posted in the CSA Applications area.
